Typography and Layout Project - Form
When I think cake I think of parties, whether for a birthday anniversary or wedding cakes are made for celebrations. Patty Cakes Specialty Cake Company needed some celebratory elements. I came up with having what look like whipped cream dollops as a boarder to the logo. I think the colors and other design elements really take the design to the next level. The Patty Cakes brand came from a simple project made to tech us how to create a form layout, I found and average layout boring and wanted to Challenge the layout and myself and help my design stand out against others. I got to create the logo which is where I found the inspiration to create a new layout to fit it onto the form.
